Rental Option (#3)
Rental Option (#3)
We are committed to making our Balance Bike Clinics available regardless of ability to pay. If you need it, simply select the scholarship option that your family is able to do and pay what you can. If you don't need to use the scholarship option, the clinic costs $125.
Not every kid gets to start riding at 2-years-old but they don’t have to miss out with the Stampede® Charger 16" XL Balance Bike, specifically designed for kids aged 6 to 9+ with inseams between 16" - 25"! Based on Stampede's bestselling balance bike, this model big enough for 9-year-olds. The large BMX-style handlebars provide a wide stance, giving taller riders more control. This is the perfect bike for older gradeschoolers who have not yet learned to ride a bike. Large 16" wheels provide stability and speed. Alloy rims keep the bike super light at just 15lbs. Handlebars are height-adjustable (up to 3"). Plus, a padded seat with carrying handle and easy-pull front and rear handbrakes are included. Any questions about sizing, please contact us. We’re happy to help.
Please note: If you select the scholarship option, there is a refundable deposit ($100) required. It is a payment that you put down to rent a 16" XL Stampede Charger Balance Bike in the form of cash, check (this is the option for most families choose as it can be held and not "cashed"), money order, or PayPal. The refundable deposit will be returned to you when the bike is returned -- at the end of the clinic in the same condition that it was rented out to you. We currently don't have the funding to sustain the program without requiring a deposit in the event of theft, loss, or damage at this time. After your registration has been submitted, we will contact you and advise you of the current colors in the 16" XL Stampede Charger Balance Bikes that are available to rent, schedule a bike and helmet fitting, and require you to fill out our Balance Bike Rental Agreement.
100% of any/all proceeds go directly back into supporting our Community Programs and providing scholarships to families that need it.
