May's Balance Bike Clinic


For those interested, here's some data on May's Balance Bike Clinic that started this past Sunday at Ord Terrace Elementary School in Seaside:

- 50 (adults + their children) total individuals are attending.
- 20 kids are registered.
- 7 are new attendees.
- 13 are returning attendees.
- 1 is a sibling on a pedal bike.
- 2 families bought balance bikes.
- 9 families are renting balance bikes.
- 9 families own their own bikes.
- 5 families needed to rent helmets.
- 5 families bought helmets.
- the youngest is 19-months-old.
- the oldest is 8 years-old.
- the majority of our registrants are from Salinas and Seaside.
- a coupe families are from Marina, Monterey, Castroville, Soledad, and Pacific Grove.
- and 14 registrants needed to use our "Scholarship: Pay What You Can" option.
